I utilized Whalen Search Group for a very critical, hard-to-fill engineering leadership position. They quickly understood our technical and business requirements and were able to find several candidates who met our needs. Ultimately, we hired an extremely impactful individual who has proven to be a competitive advantage for our business and an excellent cultural fit. I would highly recommend Whalen Search Group and would use them again in the future.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Whalen Search Group over the years and have found that their placements far and above exceed expectation. While other ‘executive recruiting generalists’ do an adequate job, Whalen Search Group focuses on key industries and provides spot-on matches for what we’ve been looking.

If you are deciding who to use in your search, I would highly recommend Whalen Research Group without any reservation. They are the ONLY recruiter I use!

I have been working with the Whalen Search Group for five years, and they have consistently filled key positions with high quality candidates. Although they know the healthcare market extremely well, they really take time to learn about our business and unique needs. I have never worked with a search firm that cared as much or worked as hard to find the right candidate
