Elizabeth (Liz) Whalen is CEO/Founder of Whalen Search Group. She brings 20 years of recruiting excellence in providing talented leaders and executives in the Automotive Aftermarket industry as well as Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Wholesale and Healthcare Information Technology. Liz feels very privileged to be in a business she loves and honored to work with such great companies. She attributes her success to excellent client and candidate relationships. She believes in hard work, building relationships, integrity, persistence, efficiency and “results”. Prior to founding Whalen Search Group, LLC, she gained valuable experience as the Director of Corporate Staffing at CARDONE Industries. Elizabeth graduated with her MBA from West Chester University and has a BS in Finance and Marketing from Liberty University. Elizabeth is married with 4 children and devotes her free time to spending time with her family, watching her children’s sporting activities, being active in her church and community.
