Jen Schwartz is a Management Recruiter and recruits for various roles at all levels including IT/Technology, Accounting/Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Administrative and Legal Staffing. An experienced professional recruiter, Jen started her career working at SunGard (now FIS) in Philadelphia. She has also recruited for other big companies such as Blank Rome, LLP, an AM Law 100 firm, and Campbell Soup Company, a Fortune 500 company. Jen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from The College of New Jersey. In addition, she received her PHR Certification and has a Certificate of Professional in Human Resources from Villanova University. Married with 3 children, she enjoys spending time with her family, beach days and teaching Pilates.
