Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to cultivate a positive and productive work culture that supports our team and academic collaborators.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 4 years of HR management experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
